NRIF Act, 2025 (ISSN 0796-0298) Primary enabling legislation. Establishes NRIF as an autonomous statutory body.
National Development Plan (NDP) Primary reference for national priority alignment in all funding decisions.
Public Financial Management Act (PFMA), 2014 Governs all financial management, accounting, reporting, and audit obligations.
Anti-Corruption Act, 2023 Governs conduct; referenced in conflict-of-interest and fraud prevention provisions.
NAQAA Accreditation Framework Governs eligibility for TVET and university windows (III, VI).
